These terms govern access to https://reason-archwaypoint.click and bookings with Cortex Helix Field Academy Limited (“the Academy”), Whampoa Garden, 10 Shung King St, Hung Hom, Hong Kong. By using the site or requesting a clinic seat, you accept these terms.

Services described

The Academy provides technical analysis training through Elliott wave annotation clinics, workshops, labs, and private chart reviews. Content on this site is informational. Listing a fee does not create a contract until the Academy confirms your seat or appointment in writing.

Eligibility

Clinic participants must be at least eighteen years old. You are responsible for ensuring that attendance does not conflict with employment or regulatory duties that apply to you.

Educational nature

Instruction concerns chart annotation method. The Academy does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, or personalized trading recommendations. Decisions you make with market instruments remain solely yours.

Intellectual property

Clinic packs, solution sheets, field notes, and site copy are owned by the Academy or its licensors. You may keep materials issued for your personal study. You may not republish, sell, or teach from Academy packs without prior written consent.

Bookings and conduct

Confirmed seats are subject to the refund and rescheduling policy. Participants must treat peers and instructors with respect during markup and arbitration rounds. The Academy may refuse or end a session for disruptive conduct without obligation to continue instruction that evening.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, the Academy is not liable for trading losses, opportunity costs, or consequential damages arising from use of instructional material. Our aggregate liability for a confirmed booking is limited to the fee paid for that booking.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep schedules and rates current. Errors may occur; confirmed correspondence prevails over outdated web text.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
