Data we collect

When you submit the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, preferred session, optional date, and message content. If you book a seat, we may also record payment references, attendance, and dietary notes you volunteer for evening clinics.

Purpose and lawful basis

We use this information to respond to enquiries, confirm seats, deliver clinic materials, process refunds where applicable, and meet accounting obligations. Processing is based on steps toward a contract, our legitimate interest in operating the academy, and legal duties where they apply in Hong Kong.

Retention

Enquiry messages without a booking are typically retained for up to twenty-four months. Booking and invoice records are kept for seven years to satisfy ordinary business record needs. You may ask us to delete enquiry data earlier where no legal retention requirement applies.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with payment processors, email hosts, or professional advisors solely to operate the academy. International transfers, if any (for example cloud email hosting), are made with appropriate contractual safeguards.

Your rights
