Preparing Charts for a Private Review

A short checklist for sending readable wave counts before a ninety-minute mentoring appointment.

Private Chart Review sessions move quickly when the charts arrive ready. We ask for up to six pages, each with a clear timeframe title and your current labels in place.

Number open questions in the margin: Is wave 4 complete? Is this extension of three or of five? Those questions save twenty minutes of discovery talk.

Print or export at a size where Fibonacci ratios remain readable. Tiny screenshots force the mentor to squint instead of argue structure.

Leave one clean unmarked copy of each chart behind the labeled version. Side-by-side comparison often reveals where ink chased a preferred narrative.

Send the pack three working days ahead. That window lets the mentor walk the charts once alone before the appointment clock starts.
